Wanted – Swiftsure Tech Volunteers – Passion is the Key

Swiftsure is an incredible yacht race with smart & passionate volunteers!

UPDATE March 18, 2015 – the following position has been filled! In Victoria we seek a Swiftsure SPOT Technical Support person to work with our SPOT Lead, Robert Johnson (a great guy) for 2-3 hours a week.  You are the centre of race action in this role.

We have Alec Matthews in Newfoundland doing ALL the system work remotely to keep the Swiftsure technical machinery smooth.  He’s amazing and he’d like help.

UPDATE Feb 9, 2015 – the following position has been filled!  Thank you for your responses.  If you have 2-3 hours a week and have the skills and desire to be Swiftsure’s Technical Right Hand, please contact Dennis McMillan at technical@swiftsure.org. This position can happen remotely, with the opportunity to be present at the Swiftsure event if this appeals.  Much is possible for the right person.
