Dock Party for Swiftsure Racers 7:00 – 10:00 PM; Spinnakers Swiftsure Amber Ale for sale, The Midnights perform until 9:00 pm

Storm Coast Dive Services on the Causeway docks until 6:00 pm – call 250.732.4061 to reserve a dive

Captain Jack Sparrow and Scarlett (Pirates of the Caribbean) are on the Causeway docks in the afternoon

Washrooms on Lower Causeway Level of 812 Wharf Street will be open 6 am – midnight

SKIPPERS’ MEETING & AWARDS in the Steamship Building (Lower Level), 470 Belleville Street

Skippers’ (Competitors) Meeting including safety, weather, and tidal currents briefing all starting at 3:30 pm

Present perpetual trophy awards to 2019 race winners from 4:45 pm

Clover Point is the best location to watch the six race starts from the shore

»  Swiftsure commentators host the live broadcast, explains the race, start procedures and tactics

»  Central Saanich Lions Club serve a Pancake Breakfast from 8:00 am

»  After the final race starts, the Royal Canadian Air Force conduct a Search And Rescue and safety demonstration over the water in front of Clover Point from a Cormorant SAR helicopter deployed from 442 Squadron Comox

The Swiftsure Inshore Races will finish in Cadboro Bay with docking at the Royal Victoria Yacht Club

»  A no-host barbecue, awards ceremony, and Swiftsure Silent Auction will start at 4:00 pm

»  Tunes will play throughout the afternoon and evening

Washrooms on Lower Causeway Level of 812 Wharf Street will be open 5 am – 11 pm
SATURDAY May 28, SUNDAY May 29 AND MONDAY May 30 — SHIP POINT / OGDEN POINT

From 10:00 pm Saturday until the race finishes on Monday, May 30 at 6:00 am, the inspection dock at Ship Point is open for safety inspections of finishing yachts; space is available to greet returning yachts

The end of the Ogden Point breakwater offers the best view of finishing boats
